What?
Running almost every Wednesday evening from our Devonshire Square restaurant, co-founder Andy Waugh hosts one of 3 Butchery Masterclasses (Venison, Beef or Grouse) where guests will prepare their perfect meat joint which they take home at the end of the evening in one of our much coveted M&W Cool bags complete with cooking suggestions.
During your Masterclass, our chefs prepare a delicious feast to be enjoyed upstairs in the main restaurant allowing you the chance to taste how the meat you prepare could be cooked. Our drinks team will be on hand to recommend perfect wine, cocktail and of course whisky pairings to go along with your meal.
Venison, Beef or seasonal Grouse?
Please check dates and book for the different Meat Masterclasses. The Venison Masterclass will focus on how to prepare the perfect saddle of venison ready for your weekend roast. Our Beef Masterclass demonstrates how to breakdown a whole roasting joint into the fillet, sirloin, ribeye & rump with particular focus on how to French trim the Tommahawk which guests will take home. And finally, our seasonal Grouse Masterclasses (August only) will have you tricky with your fingers preparing 3 perfect birds ready to roast for friends.

£130 per person includes Butchery Masterclass, take home meat prepared by you plus 2 course meal – all hosted by M&W co-founder Andy Waugh.
