We use the term ‘Wild’ to represent our approach to event catering. It really describes the attitude and energy we live by. From the menu suggestions and sourcing produce, to cooking style and all important presentation, our goal is to create a memorable experience that feels refreshingly different to your normal catering setup.
Back to our roots
Starting out life hosting private events, we love nothing more than revisiting our roots and helping you bring your vision to life. Whether it's canapés and cocktails for 100 at our restaurants or a 7 course dinner on an open flame fire on a deserted beach, we'd be delighted to assist you with our signature rustic private event catering services.
Wild Fire Pit Cooking
Open fire catering is us at our happiest. To set the scene: Think huge fire pit, long rustic feasting tables, whole Scottish Ribeye hung low enough to be licked by the flickering flames.
Delicate fleshy Salmon, lightly smoked and scented by pine needles and garlicky Scottish hand dived scallops, flash fried straight on the flames as guests take their seats. Wild cooking is good for the soul.

There is something about canapés that feels in need of refreshing. They are small and often uneventful. With our canapé menus, we aim for each bite to be an explosion of flavour paired with visual charm.
