Our cocktail range has been created by our very own Edinburgh-based mixologist Luke Leiper, who hand-makes the range in small batches in Edinburgh. Expertly created by blending Scotland’s finest whiskies and spirits infused with locally sourced Scottish herbs and botanicalsThe cocktail range is an excellent introduction to whisky cocktails. Inspired by Scotland’s wild and beautiful landscape, the range of pre-bottled cocktails will take your taste buds on a trip to the Highlands and are available in six ready-to-drink varieties, each inspired by classic cocktail blends, created and served with a contemporary Scottish twist.
The range of cocktails are available in all Mac and Wild restaurants and online in 50cl bottles, or in a gift box set. The range of cocktails make an excellent dinner party offering / gift or enjoyed at home - the ultimate tipple. Each bottle is finished with a colourful wax seal, providing a touch of tradition with a unique and contemporary twist - the Mac & Wild way.

A pre-mixed, Old-Fashioned-style cocktail from London's Mac & Wild restaurant, The Forager combines Glenkinchie 12 Year Old whisky, double infused heather honey and barrel-aged bitters and (fittingly) foraged pine leaf tincture.

A dark sultry take on an espresso martini with Talisker 10 infused with Edinburgh’s own artisan roast Janszoon coffee beans; coffee liquer, amaro & cold brew. Resulting in a smoky, salty and sweet dram with a deep dose of coffee.

A pre-mixed, Negroni-style cocktail, Mac & Wild's Auld Pal is an excellent twist on a classic. Made with Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old whisky, bianco vermouth, wild chamomile, gorse flower, dandelion & burdock bitters, & Suze gentian, enjoy a chilled serve straight from the fridge.
A Scottish Negroni with a whisky twist
A Manhattan-style cocktail from Mac & Wild, Ginger Laddie combines Bruichladdich Scottish Barley whisky, Port Charlotte Scottish barley, oloroso sherry, sweet vermouth, orange peel, ginger and barrel-aged bitters.

The playful, Spritz-style Bonnie Brae cocktail from Mac & Wild is an excellent party-starter.Made with Haig Club whisky, rosato vermouth, rowan berries, lime, rhubarb, Peychaud's bitters, and a touch of agave - best served chilled.

Tam's Tears is made with Caorunn Gin, peach liqueur, fino Sherry, lemon verbena and wild nettle. Top-up with Prosecco or enjoy with tonic water.
