Mac & Wild's Irn Bru Daiquiri
Ingredients
50ml Ron Matuselum Platino rum (or another white rum)
25ml Irn Bru reduction (see recipe below)
25ml Lime Juice 
1 dash of Angostora bitters 

Method
Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker for about 20 seconds
Double strain into a chilled coupette glass 
Garnish – thin slice / wheel of lime (should float in glass)

Irn Bru Syrup / reduction:
(Makes 25ml)
100ml Irn Bru (the full sugar variety!)
1 heaped teaspoon white sugar
Bring to the boil and then turn down to a simmer until at syrup consistency
